Ron & Kate are both award winning professional
photographers. They began their career in
photography in the late 1980's photographing families
and weddings.
In 2003, they set aside all of their film photography
equipment, purchased professional digital photography
equipment, and made a transition to fine art and
commercial photography. Their clients included the
Ventura County Sheriff's Department, Ventura County
District Attorney's Office, Ventura County Court Clerk's
Office, and the City of Camarillo. Clients also included
shopping centers and malls, management companies,
restaurants and hotels. Most recently, their clients
include the Oregon Republican Party and the County of
Clackamas in Oregon.
Ron & Kate's photography can be seen on the
walls of offices and homes. Their work has also
been published in books, magazines, and church, mall,
and hotel web sites.
Their photographic art has been exhibited at the 2006
New York Art Expo and a solo exhibition in 2007 at the
Tulare Historic Museum. In 2008, they were the featured
artists at the Cornerstone Gallery in Aurora, Oregon.
Then in 2009, they were part of a group exhibit at the
Gresham City Hall, and had solo exhibitions at the Shoen
Gallery at Marylhurst University, the Fireplace Gallery
at Mount Hood Community College, and a special
exhibition of historic landmarks for the County of
Clackamas.
